Reservation and Cancelling of Flights

- While you make a reservation, be sure to
get a booking code from the reservation
staff (generally composed of six English
letters and digits) and confirm the flight
date, number, time, location of departure,
destination, and the spelling of your name
(for international flights, please check
that your name in the ticket is identical to
that on your passport, and also leave a
telephone number by which we can reach you
directly to inform about changes regarding
the flight immediately, if any. Also please
buy the ticket before the reservation
confirmation deadline as requested by the
staff and inform the staff of your booking
code and ticket number by phone (generally
international airlines will request a
reconfirmation of the reservation at least
72 hours before departure); otherwise,
according to international custom, airlines
can cancel your reservation without prior
notice.
- Please provide the date of birth if the
reservation is for a baby or child.
- If you need to cancel your reservation,
please inform the staff by phone.
- The reservation time for part of
domestic flights is limited during holidays.
Please confirm with the airline in advance.
