Airline Tickets FAQ
You can buy a ticket directly from an airline or a travel agency. Your name cannot be erased or modified once written down in the ticket. Except for special agreements, generally the valid period for a ticket is one year from the date it is purchased. If it is not used within the valid period, you can apply to the airlines or travel agency within one year after the expiration date for a refund; a processing fee will be deducted. Moreover, some tickets with higher discounts may involve a limited valid period or other special limitations; please pay attention to the details when purchasing such a ticket to protect your rights.

You can report a missing ticket, if any, to the airlines within the valid period. If the ticket is confirmed being unused, you can apply for a refund or a ticket change, which will also involve a processing fee.
